Hello everyone. Welcome again to Healthy Lifestyle And Wellness. It is great to speak to all of you again. Everyday I learn new things and I am getting excited to be able to share some of my new found knowledge with you. It is amazing as to how much the things we eat affect the way we feel, look and how healthy we may really be. Did you know that the claims on labels aren't always what they appear? Did you know that your physical activity goes hand in hand with what you eat in losing or maintaining weight?
